Re: Loan Commitment Letter
[Name of person on liens]

Dear [Name of person on liens]:

We are happy to report that your application for loan is tentatively approved. Full approval is contingent upon receiving subordination of liens in favor of our loan contract, copy enclosed.

You have pledged invoiced earnings from [payor name and address] to us, effective [date]. [Payor name] has acknowledged receipt of your pledge and, pending receipt of any irs demand Levy notice, agrees to pay invoice amounts directly to us. We will advance funds to you on all serially numbered invoice amounts. All advances will be promptly deposited into your bank account at [name of bank] via electronic means.

We agree to advance funds on any invoice issued to [payor name] having priority over tax liens. This will facilitate payment of all your financial obligations while enhancing overall opportunity to reach financial goals.

We wish you every success with obtaining approval for a Certificate Of Subordination. We hope this commitment letter facilitates the process.
